Good morning
We use present perfect continuous to express activities which continue over a length of time.
e.g. She has been cleaning the house. ( the action is not completed)
We use present perfect to express activities that happened at unknown time in the past and have a result at present
e.g.She has cleaned the house. ( finished action )
