Good evening, 

1- In the first question, they use ( consist) which means , what are  the parts of positive qualities? What are they made up of? and what do we do to have positive personal qualities ?and the answer is: 

doing the right thing and avoiding bad things. 

2- In the second question , you have to name the personal qualities, give them names, what are they?? And the answer is:

honesty, loyalty, respectfulness, kindness, and responsibility.
