to use the causative you should follow this form:

have + ..(pronoun)... + past participle (v3)

Present simple:            My dad has his car serviced.

present continuous:      I am having my house painted this week.

present perfect:             They have had their house built recently.

will:                                I will have my work done tomorrow.

so change (have) based on the tense of the sentence and continue by using the pronoun and v3
